Review Your Program’s Degree Requirements
All students should review their program’s degree requirements to determine what courses they should register for in any given semester. It is strongly suggested that students complete their core requirements prior to starting their electives.
Request a Course Waiver
Students may be eligible to request course waivers based on previous coursework that meets specific criteria and/or certifications.
Register for Courses
Global MBA and Accelerated MBA students who have submitted their final deposit to secure their seat in their program will be registered for their fall courses starting in early July. Students in all other programs self-register via GWeb. Information on how to register can be found on the registration page.
Purchase Your Textbooks
Global MBA students will be sent a list of required textbooks for their fall courses in early July. All other programs should check the GW Bookstore website to identify what books are required for the courses you have registered for. Students should be aware that you are not obligated to purchase your books from the university. Textbooks are also available at amazon.com, half.com and ebooks.com, among other sources.
Review Your Student Account
You can view your tuition charges and pay your bill online using the GWeb information system. Once logged in, click the "Student Account eBill" tab and you will be directed to a secure site where you can view your account, authorize payments, and set up student loan refunds.
