Center for Real Estate Studies (CRES)

The Center for Real Estate Studies (CRES) is led by Stephen O'Connor and Robert Valero, and was formed in 2005 with the following objectives:

• To develop a first-rate real estate curriculum for graduate and undergraduate students at GW School of Business
• To conduct influential real estate research focusing on:
  • Walkable urban place development and management
  • International real estate
  • Housing finance policy
• To create networking opportunities for alumni and students
• To facilitate career opportunities for students and alumni
