Leila Collins is the Associate Director of Careers360 at the George Washington University School of Business (GWSB), where she oversees the Consulting360, Finance360, and Marketing360 verticals. She ensures strategic alignment and consistent delivery of experiential learning programs that prepare students for career success.
A GW MBA alumna, Leila has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications across education, publishing, and small business. She is passionate about supporting students through collaborative, real-world career programming by offering insight and resources in a positive, encouraging atmosphere that builds confidence and fosters long-term success.
Leila regularly partners with alumni, employers, and other stakeholders as speakers, mentors, recruiters, and sponsors of pro bono projects to enhance the student experience and build meaningful career connections.
