Nicole Feliz

For sport management students at GW School of Business, learning is hands-on. In addition to high-energy classes, students have opportunities to learn from athletes, agents, sports attorneys, and organizers of some of the world’s biggest sports events. Although it is anchored in the nation’s capital—a metropolitan area anchored by eight professional sports teams—the program has a global focus, offering unparalleled opportunities to conduct research at the Olympic Games or distinguish a program that has won accolades.

See what our students say.

'I been able to compete in Division I lacrosse while also learning from professors who've spent 20+ years working in the sports industry. The classes are super relevant with professors regularly bringing in guest speakers with jobs I didn't even know existed, which lets me explore just how many different career paths are out there. Being in D.C. has opened so many doors. I have been fortunate enough to get hands-on experience with teams like the Washington Commanders and D.C. United—something I couldn't have done anywhere else.'
