Announcements, Awards, Publications & Faculty Expertise in the News
Soolim Park, Assistant Professor at NEOMA Business School and a former doctoral student in GWSB’s SMPP Department, has received special recognition from the Academy of Management for her research on firms’ responses to climate-related natural disasters. Her paper, “Frequency or Severity: Firms’ Exposure to Climate Change-related Natural Disasters and Mitigation,” was selected as one of the best accepted papers in its program for the 2026 annual meeting, to be held in Philadelphia.

The manuscript was co-authored with Prof. Jorge Rivera.
