Students are eligible for membership once during their academic program, and invitations are extended annually. Eligible students are selected based on Beta Gamma Sigma's academic criteria and are invited individually by the GW School of Business Dean's Office during the spring semester. Invitations include details about membership and the annual Beta Gamma Sigma induction ceremony and celebration.

Students must submit their graduation application no later than the university’s application deadline to be considered for induction into Beta Gamma Sigma.
