Digital Badge in International Business (DBIB)
Learning in Action
Are you ready for the global workplace?
Employers today want employees with global fluency and the ability to work in culturally diverse environments. Employees are expected to be able to work productively in global virtual teams operating effectively across borders and time zones. The DBIB program is designed to increase students’ hands-on international business skills and competencies while developing a global mindset. Through this program, students will earn a digital badge demonstrating global competency to future employers.
Eligibility
- Undergraduates from any major across the university may apply to the program at any time after their first year.
- Program participants must complete all program requirements before graduation.
- Students interested in joining the program who are within one year of graduation are encouraged to consult GW-CIBER to discuss the completion of the digital badge.
- Applicants must attend a GW-CIBER experience prior to acceptance into the program. This might include the first-year global mindset builder or others as designated by GW-CIBER.
