James ("Jim") Mysliwiec

James ("Jim") Mysliwiec is senior career consultant and a program manager for the Consulting360 Program in the F. David Fowler Career Center at the George Washington University School of Business (GWSB). Jim joined GWSB in March 2024 after a 42-year career in information technology consulting at IBM Global Services and Accenture Federal Services, where he held several leadership positions and retired after serving as a project management leader for five years of a large information technology transformation project for the Department of Energy. While at IBM, he was a thought leader and project executive within the outsourcing sector of the Global Services division. He authored a methodology and best practices for an $8 billion outsourcing business supporting over 27 countries worldwide. Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame and completed several computer science master’s courses at Johns Hopkins University.
