Christopher Leinberger, chairman of the Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis (CREUA), was quoted in a Washington Post article, “As cities rethink single-family zoning, traditional ideas of the American Dream are challenged.” Last week CREUA released a report on the walkability of the 30 largest metro areas in the U.S., co-authored by Professor Leinberger and Tracy Haddon Loh, CREUA senior data scientist.
