Two GWSB alumni are dominating the highly competitive Caribbean tourism market. Scott Kircher, MTA ’11, who took over six years ago as general manager of Frangipani Beach Resort, his family-owned, boutique hotel in Anguilla, saw his efforts recognized by Travel + Leisure magazine, which recently named the property the number one resort in the Caribbean, and number three worldwide.
On the same British overseas island territory, another GWSB graduate, Donna Banks, MTA ’87, serves as chairperson of the Anguilla Tourist Board. This month, Travel + Leisure ranked Anguilla as the number one island in the Caribbean, Bermuda and Bahamas.
