Tyler McDonald

Tyler McDonald serves as the Assistant Director, Finance360 & Senior Career Coach in the F. David Fowler Career Center at the George Washington University School of Business (GWSB). In this role, he leads strategic initiatives within Finance360, GWSB’s career readiness program for finance pathways, while coaching undergraduate and graduate students as they pursue competitive internships and full-time roles. Tyler also cultivates partnerships with employers across finance and adjacent industries to expand recruiting pipelines and create high-impact career development opportunities.

Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Communication from Cornell University. His professional background spans recruiting, private-sector leadership, and strategic relationship management. Known for his collaborative and student-centered approach, Tyler focuses on designing innovative programming and forging strong employer relationships that empower students to achieve their professional goals.
