Tyler McDonald

Tyler McDonald is an employer development consultant in the F. David Fowler Career Center at the George Washington University School of Business (GWSB). In this role, Tyler cultivates relationships with employers across the Marketing, Hospitality & Tourism, and Entertainment industries, creating meaningful opportunities for GWSB undergraduate and graduate students to connect with organizations and advance their careers.

Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Communication from Cornell University. He brings a range of professional experiences in recruiting, private sector leadership, and relationship building. His approach emphasizes collaboration and innovation, ensuring students have access to the tools and resources they need to achieve their professional goals. Tyler is passionate about fostering connections that empower students and support their success at GWSB and beyond.
