Professor Rozenbaum’s research focuses primarily on the mapping of information into stock prices and the role of financial intermediaries in capital markets. In a recent paper, Rozenbaum shows that information and resource transfers are limited when financial analysts move across firms, suggesting that some firms are able to obtain and maintain a competitive advantage. In another paper, he shows that information intermediaries play an important role in capital markets by leveling the playing field and decreasing the information gap between different investors.
