Isabel Villamor
Isabel Villamor is a professorial lecturer in management at the GW School of Business (GWSB). Her research focuses on topics related to virtual work, star performers, leadership, and career equality and has been published in academic journals listed in the Financial Times FT-50. Prior to her doctoral studies, Isabel was a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where she worked for Global Fortune 100 companies in both Europe and Latin America. She has also worked in the Human Resources and Strategy departments of large European companies in the pharmaceutical and renewable energy sectors and has volunteered for African and Latin American NGOs focused on education. She holds an MBA from the IESE Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Navarre (Spain) with international exchanges in ESCP Business School (France) and New South Wales University (Australia).
