GW Business Operations: Events & Facilities

In January 2006, GW Business opened its new complex, the newly constructed Ric and Dawn Duquès Hall and the renovated Norma Lee and Morton Funger Hall. The complex provides students, faculty and staff with a unified center for study, engagement, and career development activities.

The primary goal of GW Business Operations (formerly known as the Office of Facilities & Event Services) is to serve the coordinated needs of the GW Business community by providing event planning assistance and guidance, vendor and supplier information, which includes catering services, protocol, and assistance with event planning. GW Business Operations provides varying levels of support and logistical assistance for all special events, including meetings, conferences, ceremonies and commencement.

GW Busiess Operations also serves as a liaison between the GW Business community and GW Facilities Planning, Construction, and Management to troubleshoot building maintenance issues.
