Dr. Khaled Falah is an adjunct professor of Information Systems and Technology Management at George Washington University. He received his Ph.D. from the School of Business, Economics, & Technology at Campbellsville University. His research focuses on the importance of motivation and leadership styles in nonprofit organizations. His scholarly work contributes to a deeper understanding of how effective leadership can drive mission-driven outcomes in the nonprofit sector. As a seasoned practitioner, Dr. Falah has held a variety of leadership roles across nonprofit, for-profit, and governmental organizations. He has served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Director of Project and Product Management Offices (PMOs), where he led enterprise-wide initiatives, optimized organizational performance, and championed strategic innovation through technology and leadership excellence.
