GWSB Students, Faculty and Alumni Co-Author Research Paper on Management Education

August 7, 2018

“A pluralist conceptualization of scholarly impact in management education: Students as stakeholders,” a research paper by two GWSB alumni Ravi Ramani, Ph.D. ’18, and Nawaf Alabduljader, Ph.D. ’18, and second-year doctoral student Joowan Lee, has been accepted for publication in the Academy of Management Learning and Education journal. The manuscript was co-authored by Herman Aguinis, Avram Tucker Distinguished Scholar and professor of management, and James A. Bailey, Hochberg Professorial Fellow of Leadership Development and professor of management.

“This article marks an important milestone in GWSB’s doctoral program. It exemplifies our mentoring model and the doctoral student experience,” Dr. Aguinis said. “The project involved three doctoral students mentored by, and working with, two faculty members to produce an outstanding outcome.”
