Dr. Radin’s research focus lies at the intersection of ethics and law, particularly as linked to stakeholder management. This has evolved into streams linked to the development of stakeholder thinking (i.e., development of a theory of the firm that integrates business ethics and law), stakeholders such as employees (i.e., employment-at-will, pre-employment practices and global labor practices) and stakeholder issues (i.e., technology, privacy and peace through commerce). A final stream considers ethics and stakeholder management from a global perspective, with special attention on transition economies.
