Long-Term Study Abroad

Long-term Study Abroad (LTSA) refers to an immersive experience at a given partner institution in a specific destination. The GW School of Business (GWSB) has partnered with top business schools around the world to provide students access to hundreds of additional electives, full immersion in another culture, and exposure to another business perspective.

Graduate LTSA Programs

Developing strong bilateral student exchanges for graduate students has been a priority in the growth of Global & Experiential Education (G&EE). At its founding in 2008, zero active exchange agreements existed for graduate students, spurring the development of a strategic plan aiming to increase the number of active exchange partners. At present, 20 partners have been added and G&EE oversees selection, placement and advisement for both incoming and outgoing exchange students. As part of these reciprocal agreements, GWSB welcomes graduate exchange students from our partner universities.

Fall 2024/Spring 2025 applications are now open! To learn more about each partner and complete an application, click on the program of your choice in the dropdown below, and then click “Apply Now” in the “Application Process” section of each page.
