Vision

Through innovation, collaboration, and a relentless commitment to sustainability, we strive to create a resilient and inclusive infrastructure landscape that meets the needs of present and future generations, while safeguarding the planet and fostering prosperous communities.

Current Projects

Review of ESG Standards and Infrastructure

Applying ESG standards to infrastructure projects is an old and new story. If looked at narrowly, the old story is infrastructure projects involve extensive environmental impact studies and adopt minority sub-contract policies. But ESG look sat the effects of infrastructure through a much wider lens—that is the new story. We are reviewing scholarly and informal research on ESG standards that are being proposed and adopted.

WrapAround Investments and Infrastructure Case Studies

The WrapAround Infrastructure approach brings together institutional investors and impact investors to finance infrastructure projects with an emphasis on expanding the positive social and environmental effects on local communities. We have an on-going research program that develops case studies infrastructure projects that are designed using the Wraparound approach.

Case studies to date include:

  • Affordable Housing
  • Urban Campus Revitalization
  • Employment Training Centers
  • Smart Cities

Case studies in progress include:

  • High Speed Rail
  • Urban revitalization (Transit hub)
