Undergraduate Business Association

Who are we?

The Undergraduate Business Association (UBA) is the umbrella organization that unites 21 GWSB-Affiliated Student Organizations that are connected to the UBA. The UBA acts as a liaison between students and GWSB faculty and staff to elevate the voices of undergraduate students. The UBA is led by an Executive Board of student leaders that coordinates and plans initiatives and events for the GWSB undergraduate student body. Example initiatives include the Back to Business GWSB Undergraduate Student Organization Fair, Into the Industry Career Networking Conference, and the UBA Ambassador Program.

What do we do?

  • Advocate for the needs and interests of undergraduate students within the GW School of Business.
  • Develop programs and initiatives to support the needs of the GWSB undergraduate community.
  • Act as a liaison between the Office of Undergraduate Programs, the F. David Fowler Career Center, the Office of Development & Alumni Relations, the Office of the Dean, and the undergraduate student body.

Why do we do it?

Our mission is to empower both our affiliate organizations and students to achieve their goals, and enhance their GWSB experience academically, socially, and professionally.
