Global Real Estate:
Where Does the Smart Capital Flow?
On behalf of The George Washington University School of Business’ Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis and presenting sponsor VIVA Group, we invite you to our inaugural global real estate conference.
Investing in indirect and direct real estate has been globalizing at a rapid pace during the past two decades and the exchange of capital is now truly global. There is more competition among capital providers and more investment opportunities to choose from.
As a consequence, capital providers need to make even more informed decisions than in the past about where and in what type of real estate they should invest.
This conference brings together academics and practitioners in the field of global real estate capital – both demand and supply – to discuss the risks and opportunities associated with the provision of global capital.
