Ravi S. Ramani is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Management at the George Washington University School of Business. His research focuses on the employees’ emotional experience of work, organizational research methods, and meaningful scholarship. His work has been published in outlets such as the Academy of Management Annals, the Journal of International Business Studies, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice. His work received the Best Paper award from the Academy of Management Entrepreneurship Division, and has been presented at number of regional, national, and international conferences. 

Previously, Ravi worked in Human Resources for Hilton Worldwide in New York City and held operational roles for several other hospitality companies. His business experience includes roles in organizational learning, executive coaching, talent development, recruitment, labor negotiations, benefit administration, and revenue management.
