Nancy (Noad) Frazier is the Manager, Board Relations for the GW School of Business. She is responsible for the support, engagement and cultivation of the Dean’s Board of Advisors, a 53-person advisory board of senior business executives who are alumni, parents and friends of the university.  Nancy accepted this role after completing the National Urban Fellows, a nationally competitive 14-month fully funded graduate scholarship and leadership program.  Prior to her acceptance to the National Urban Fellows Class of 2011, Nancy served as Manager, Board Affairs for the Georgetown University’s Board of Regents. In this role, Nancy orchestrated a collaborative effort, creating synergistic opportunities between the 100-person board, the President’s office, faculty and administrators, and other members of the Georgetown community.
Nancy has extensive experience in the areas of communications, strategic planning, and customer relationship management and has worked at such leading corporate entities as Russell Reynolds Associates; Capital Cities/ABC, Inc.; The Dreyfus Corporation; The Estee Lauder Companies and Manulife Financial, where she was responsible for the internal communications program and the execution of executive events and key initiatives for the U.S. Annuities Division.
In 2011, Nancy attained a Master of Public Administration from the City University of New York at Baruch College. Additionally, Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from St. John’s University, and has completed studies at both Harvard University and Georgetown University. Most recently, Nancy has attained a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation.
