N. Andrew ("Andy") Cohen is the director of Graduate Leadership and Career Development for the F. David Fowler Career Center at the George Washington University School of Business. He also teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Change for undergraduates and MBA students. Dr. Cohen’s research focuses on leadership, social networks within organizations, and team dynamics. He is a member of the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
