Brianna Lux is an executive advisor for the Gartner Communications Leadership Council, which provides best practice research, benchmarking, and advisory support to a membership of leading organizations. She has partnered with senior executives in the
public and private sectors as an advisor, facilitator and management consultant for more than ten years, through which she developed a strong ability to understand client needs and communicate ideas clearly and effectively. Prior to Gartner, she was
a human capital and HRIT consultant with IBM. Brianna has also been performing improvised comedy ("improv") since 2011 with several improv troupes around the Washington, D.C. area, including the Washington Improv Theater house ensemble,
Nox! Performing improv has helped her become a better listener, communicator, collaborator, facilitator, creator, and business professional. She has used her improvisational skills to design and lead several "Improv for Business"
workshops at IBM and CEB/Gartner.
