Josh Lodolo is the executive director of development in the Office of Development and Alumni Relations at the GW School of Business. Previously, he held several advancement and leadership roles with the University of Texas at Austin and the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation. At UT-Austin, Josh served as the director of development and alumni relations in the College of Liberal Arts. In this capacity, he led a team that saw donor renewals, leadership giving, and unrestricted giving all make double-digit percentage increases. In 2013, his efforts helped set a college fundraising record of $28.4 million. Josh also solicited the college’s largest gift of $20 million, creating a matching gift program which established more than 50 new endowments.
Josh left UT-Austin to serve Lambda Chi Alpha’s educational foundation as president and CEO, reporting to the board of directors and leading both the strategic and tactical efforts of the organization. Josh built a disciplined culture of excellence through the design and implementation of key performance indicators, resulting in 50 percent endowment growth, consistent annual growth in donor retention and unrestricted giving, and double the amount of scholarships awarded.
Josh earned a bachelor of business administration from California State University, Northridge, and a master of business administration from Anderson University. He is an active volunteer for his fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha, and spends most of his free time outdoors with his dog, Dodger, who is named for his beloved Los Angeles Dodgers.
