GW Paris Business Studies Program
The GW Paris Fall Business Program is hosted by Sciences Po, one of the most esteemed universities in France; this program is designed particularly for business majors and minors. Classes include core business studies courses that are taught entirely in English, plus elective classes.
Business-Focused Abroad Programs:
GW has over 300 approved program options for semester-long study abroad. Information about any of those programs can be found on GW’s Office for Study Abroad website and by using the “Advanced Search” tool in GW Passport.
Programs offering courses within these areas of study:
- Business Administration
- Accounting (note: the university must be an AACSB accredited school)
- Human Resource Management
- Information Systems
- International Business
- Tourism & Hospitality Management
Please note: Students are encouraged to create a balanced schedule abroad with business and non-business courses. While the above areas of study are a good start for research, students should not focus an entire program abroad just on their concentration as only 2 courses per BBA concentration or 3 courses per Accy or Finance major may be taken at another university.
Short-Term Abroad Programs
GW’s Office for Study Abroad (OSA) offers undergraduates the opportunity to participate in GW faculty-led short-term abroad programs (STAP) ranging from 1-6 weeks during fall, winter, spring, and summer.
GWSB’s Office of Global & Experiential Education often opens its graduate STAPs to qualified undergraduate students. Recent programs have been Behind the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Global Branding Strategy in France & Luxembourg, and Marketing and Construction in Emerging Economies: The Case of Turkey.
