Courtney McClain joined the F. David Fowler Career Center as the Undergraduate Senior Career Coach, Marketing. Prior to joining GWSB, Courtney spent four years at GW's School of Engineering & Applied Science where she assisted in the development of the W. Scott Amey Career Services Center and coached graduate students as a Senior Career Counselor. In addition to career coaching and facilitating professional development workshops, Courtney is a member of the Committee for International Student Success and played an integral role in establishing and supervising GW’s International Student Career Ambassador peer-to-peer career coaching program, in partnership with the Center for Career Services and the Shenkman Fund. Prior to joining GW, Courtney spent time in the private sector, managing both domestic and international client portfolios in sales and marketing in the manufacturing and tech industries.

Courtney earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Education from Wake Forest University and her Master of Higher Education Administration, Concentrating in Finance and Policy from GW. Courtney is currently pursuing her MBA at GWSB.
