In January 2006, the School of Business opened its new complex, the newly constructed Ric and Dawn Duquès Hall and the renovated Norma Lee and Morton Funger Hall. This complex provides students, faculty, and staff with a unified center for study and career development activities.

All new high-tech classrooms contain projector screens, ceiling-mounted overhead projectors, TV/VCR/DVD, instructor voice-amplification technology, program amplification controls built into lecterns, document cameras, slide converters, and wireless microphones.
GW School of Business students attend classes in the Capital Markets Trading Room, which is equipped with software and information systems for financial modeling, trading, and portfolio management.
The sixth floor is home to the BearingPoint Executive Education Center made up of two tiered classrooms, an executive board room, multiple break-out rooms and conference facilities.
