We are currently looking for former Mintz Sophomore Getaway participants and/or leaders to get involved in this Fall’s Getaway! We hope you are as excited as we are because we are planning an entirely new program and love for you all to be a part of it. Anyone, including those who have not participated, interested in becoming a leader should apply!
We encourage each organization to try and have at least one representative so they are able to answer questions and possibly recruit new members to your organization!
Below is the description of the leader position:
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Marketing and Recruiting students for the Mintz Sophomore Getaway.
- Faculty Relations: Increasing faculty participation for the Getaway.
- Mentoring sophomore students and helping to answer any questions to the best of your ability.
- Leading activities during the getaway.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Desire to talk about the business school and everything it has to offer.
- GW School of Business Junior of Senior
- Ability to attend the Mintz 2010 Sophomore Getaway. (Friday, October 29, 2010 - Saturday, October 30, 2010.)
