The undergraduate business program at the George Washington University School of Business is ranked as one of the top undergraduate programs in the nation. Advising
We offer a professional academic advising staff. As a student, the GWSB Undergraduate Office of Advising is your home-base for any questions or concerns that may arise. Your relationship with your advisors will continue through your entire GW experience.

First Year Development Program
The First Year Development Program (FYDP) is a required two-semester sequence of classes that enhances the GWSB students' education and begins preparation for careers. FYDP will introduce students to concepts such as globalization, business-government relations, and the roles of corporate citizenship in business. FYDP will expose you to faculty and alumni who work in various fields offered by GWSB, and give you opportunities to practice your networking and resume-building skills.
