Dayna Wade received her MS in Education from Brooklyn College and a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University. Dayna began her career teaching PreK – 6th grade vocal music for New York City Public Schools. She later moved back to her home state of California to work as the Director of Auxiliary Programs for Westside Neighborhood School in Los Angeles.
Dayna’s passion for international education took her on the journey of a lifetime, when from 2011 to 2014 she taught and advised students at the Shanghai International Studies University in Shanghai, China.
Prior to joining GW, Dayna worked at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars as a Senior LEAD Instructor and International Affairs Advisor. In her spare time she enjoys karaoke, eating, and exploring the world!
