About the Office

The Office of Special Events is responsible for programming many significant School of Business events that contribute to academic and student life, and University recognition. We are committed to working with our faculty, staff, and *students to enhance and unite the School of Business through the production of events. Our office provides a central resource and expertise for those who are responsible for organizing a special event. We advise and provide direction to ensure events meet the specifications, expectations, and desired results of the client. We are happy to plan meetings, seminars, symposiums, receptions, dinners, and other events. Our staff is available to provide assistance with invitations, room set-up, catering, décor, entertainment, etc.

To arrange Audio/Visual needs contact Fred Ross, director of audio visual services, by calling (202) 994- 8304 or (202) 359-1024 or emailing fross@gwu.edu.

*Student requests must be made through an SB Department.
