The School has announced the 15 members of the inaugural class for a highly selective fellowship program aimed at increasing the presence of women on corporate boards.

On The Board is sponsored by GWSB and the International Women's Forum (IWF) and will formally kick off in February 2013 with the arrival of the first fellows on the Foggy Bottom campus. The program is funded through a gift from Linda Rabbitt, founder and CEO of Rand Construction Corporation, GW trustee and IWF member.
