Through a gift from GWSB Trustee and Rand Construction founder and CEO Linda Rabbitt, the School is launching a fellowship program to train more women for executive roles in business - including wielding greater influence on corporate boards.

The "On Board" program plans to enroll up to 20 fellows annually. They will be selected based on their records of leadership, achievement and mentoring, as well as for their potential for advancement in corporate leadership.
