Walter Isaacson, president and chief executive officer of the Aspen Institute, an international public policy nonprofit, discussed his new biography of Apple's Steve Jobs at an event Monday night hosted by GWSB.
Isaacson, a bestselling author who was written biographies of Benjamin Franklin and Albert Einstein, conducted over 40 interviews with Jobs over the course of two years, and over 100 interviews with Jobs' family, friends, colleagues, competitors and others, to produce Steve Jobs, an account of the late Apple co-founder and chairman's personal and professional life. more
