Jeewhan Yoon is a doctoral fellow at The George Washington University School of Business in Management Science focusing on Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. He earned his dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Korea University and his Masters degree at the Department of Healthcare Management and Policy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Before joining the GWSB, Jeewhan has worked for McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm, engaging in many projects which cover many organizational issues around diverse industries. He has extensive experience in change and leadership management for multi national pharmaceuticals, international banking, private equity, hightech manufacturing, and so on.
Jeewhan is in his first year at GW, so he is still actively exploring many subjects in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, with particular intersts in effective team learning process, various leadership styles, psychological factors for group dynamics and uniformity, motivation to change, and so on.
