Bio
Laura Hagmann is a doctoral fellow at The George Washington School of Business in Management Science focusing on Human Resource Management. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Hood College in Management and Computer Science and her M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resource Management from The American University.
Laura has extensive experience in Human Resource Management in both domestic and international environments, including Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Nigeria. In addition, she has six years of experience teaching management courses at colleges and university in both the U.S. and abroad.

Global HR Management, Cross-Cultural Management, Compensation and Benefits Design, Performance Management, Performance-based Pay, and Motivation.
