Jae Hyeung Kang is a Ph.D. Student at The George Washington University in Management Science, specializing in Organizational Behavior. He entered the MBA program at Maryland after three years of consulting experience with Accenture’s Korean Organization. During his time as a consultant, he worked on the development and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in a variety of companies and industries across South Korea.
