Dr. Cohen teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Change for undergraduates, MBAs, and Executive MBAs. Dr. Cohen's research focuses on leadership, social networks within organizations, and team dynamics. He is a member of the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
