
The Department of Management is seriously devoted to knowledge creation as a primary mission of the professoriate. During the period of 2004-2008, our faculty published 71 journal articles, 6 books, 42 book chapters, and 63 conference proceedings. Included in faculty publications are papers in such prestigious outlets as Academy of Management Learning & Education, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, Human Performance, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Industrial & Labor Relations Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Education, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Organizational Science, all of which either appear in the Financial Times Top 40 Journals or have a Thompson-ISI Impact Factor above a 2.0.
