Stephen Brammer is Professor and Director of the Centre for Business Organizations and Society at the University of Bath in the UK. His research addresses the links between organisational strategy and social responsibility with a focus on how organisations build effective relationships with stakeholders including employees, communities, investors, and suppliers. He also has a keen interest in organisational governance and is a serving school governor. His research has been published in leading scholarly and practitioner journals including the Journal of Management Studies, the Strategic Management Journal, and the Journal of Business Research.
