Project Management

Current Students

Welcome to GW’s Master of Science in Project Management program! At GWU we strive to make your experience here a positive one and have created this page to assist you during your studies at GWU. Please check back regularly for updated announcements, textbook information, and more!

We encourage students to get involved during their time in the program. The MSPM program has a student organization, the Project Management Student Association (PMSA) that is run for and by students. Both campus and distance students are encouraged to sign up and participate in the PMSA events, which include guest speakers, networking opportunities, and specialized events tailored towards project managers.

Project Management Student Association (PMSA)

Welcome!

The PMSA is a student run association dedicated to improving the practice of project management through education and hands-on experience. Made up of current MSPM students and other GW students who are interested in Project Management, we strive to provide our members opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge by offering a forum to exchange ideas, access to PM related events and seminars, and opportunities to gain practical experience through volunteering. Our aim is to assist you in achieving a broader educational and social experience while at GW, one which will serve you well both as an individual and a project manager.

Membership is free, so I encourage you to fill out the PMSA membership application form [located in Online Forms] and return it in person to any member of the executive committee. You can also complete the form on-line at our website. The site also has more information about the organization, the Executive Officers, and our goals and mission.
