Dr. Lamoureux specializes in niche tourism such as ecotourism, adventure or volunteer tourism. She also specializes in international development through sustainable tourism. She currently oversees all IITS projects including serving as the GW liaison to the USAID Global Sustainable Tourism Alliance. Dr. Lamoureux completed her Ph.D. in Business Administration/Strategic Management at GW with a focus in volunteer tourism partnerships in federal lands.
