Any GW Faculty, Staff or student organization may reserve space within the Duquès and Funger Hall complex during building hours of operations.
Please Note: The following rooms in Duquès and Funger Hall must be reserved through Academic Scheduling. All other rooms and spaces in Duquès and Funger can be reserved via GWSB’s Office of Facility Services and Events.
- Duquès Hall: 151, 152, 250, 251, 259, 359, 360, 361, 362
- Funger Hall: 103 & 108
Important: All requests to schedule events or non-class related activities in classrooms will not be approved until the semester’s schedule is in place and all classes have been assigned in appropriate classrooms. If by chance any classrooms have been reserved by an event or an activity, that event is subject to be removed if an academic class situation warrants it. In this we follow the general GWU Academic Scheduling guidelines. We cannot commit classroom space until we know what the schedule of classes looks like for that particular semester.
