GW Paris Fall Business Program

The GW Paris Fall Business Program at Sciences Po in Paris is designed especially for business majors and minors. Classes include core business studies courses that are taught entirely in English, plus elective classes. Students attend classes in the Saint Germain district on the city’s Left Bank, the heart of Parisian intellectual and literary life.
GW invites up to five French students from Sciences Po to join the program each fall to provide a French perspective and to encourage cross-cultural interactions. Learning is enhanced by site visits to important French and multinational companies.

Complete three BADM core requirements (taught by GWSB faculty):

  • BADM 3103 – Human Capital in Organizations
  • BADM 3401 – Basic Marketing Management
  • BADM 3501 – Financial Management

  • SOC 2181 – French Politics, Culture and Society
  • ECON 3099/IAFF 3190 – European Economies and Crisis of Integration
  • FREN 1001 – Basic French I
  • FREN 1099 – French Language

This program also includes site visits to French and American companies located in and around Paris, where students have the opportunity to see how the skills they have learned in the classroom translate to real world settings.
