Kelli Kolling

Kelli Kolling is a career consultant at the F. David Fowler Career Center.  Kelli started at the FDFCC in November, 2011 and is dedicated to increasing the professionalism, job search skills and career management capabilities of the graduate business students.  Kelli draws upon over 18 years of experience in management consulting, across both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining the FDFCC, Kelli was a Resource Manager and internal consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton.  She has worked in commercial, federal and internal corporate consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers (now part of IBM Business Consulting Services), Touchstone Consulting (now part of SRA International) and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Kelli received a BA in International Studies from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (VA Tech) and an MBA from Tulane University.  She also holds a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, is a Human Capital Strategist through the Human Capital Institute, and an Organizational Change Facilitator through Leading Bold Change.
