Kathleen Duffy
Kathleen Duffy is a senior consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison, an international career management firm. Kathleen joined Lee Hecht Harrison in 2006 and has worked extensively with mid to senior level executives in providing career planning and coaching. She consistently received top-tier ratings in client surveys demonstrating her passion for coaching and providing exceptional customer service.
Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Kathleen spent over fifteen years in the airline industry and developed expertise in recruiting, training and building high performance teams in start-up environments. She spent five years as an organization development consultant and has worked on key projects in the U.S. and Latin America.
Kathleen has a Bachelors of Arts degree from Douglass College, Rutgers University and an OD Certificate from Georgetown University.
