PDIB India 2011 – Mumbai and Bangalore 
January 1-9, 2011 – Florida International University
The program is designed for professionals and faculty interested in pursuing their interests in the Indian business environment. Participants will experience first hand how multinationals and leading Indian companies are riding the downfall, while simultaneously reshaping the Indian business environment resulting in a competitive INDIA INC. The program will take place in Mumbai and Bangalore, two of the most advanced and business forward cities throughout India. During their trip, the participants will visit top multinational companies, as well as take part in lectures at the Indian Institute of Management of Bangalore (IIMB).
The Penn Lauder CIBER 1st Annual Faculty Development in International Business Conference (FDIB) 
May 18 – 21, 2011 – University of Pennsylvania
The Penn Lauder CIBER announces its first annual interdisciplinary Faculty Development in International Business (FDIB) Conference. This even will address the pressing need for more highly qualified international business faculty with expertise in the cross-cultural, institutional, and political aspects of management. The program will include presentations by leading international business faculty with interdisciplinary training, a career workshop, and extensive interactions among participants. Participants will be selected from a broad pool of junior faculty and PhD candidates from both business and non-business fields, including scholars with disciplinary training in economics, political science, sociology, law and psychology.
9th Biennial International Business Institute for Community College Faculty 
June 05 – 09, 2011 – Michigan State University
The 9th Biennial International Business Institute for Community College Faculty is a unique professional development program designed specifically for community and technical college faculty. The aim of the Institute is to provide participants with the knowledge, experience and resources they need to internationalize general business courses and/or develop specialized international business courses at the two-year college level.
