Professional Development for Business Language Faculty

GW-CIBER hosts workshops geared towards instructors and graduate students who are currently teaching business language courses, or who anticipate doing so in the future. We specifically target those in the larger Washington, DC, metropolitan area in an attempt to form a network of business language educators for the purpose of providing much needed training and a platform for exchange of ideas and materials. The professional development workshops serve to strengthen this community and to facilitate a productive exchange of ideas between institutions and across languages.
